Return Policy

Our Warranty

Our warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received
• The item must be in its original packaging

Refunds

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you request a waybill to be created for you, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your item and notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Lost Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

• First, check your bank account
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially processed
• Then, reach out to your bank as there may be a processing delay

Special Offers

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Compensation & Exchanges

We only replace goods that are defective or damaged. To exchange the same item, please email us at info@damascusknives.uk.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. The gift card will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift sender had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the original purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.

Exchange Timeframe

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchange to reach you may vary.
